We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to work in the Subway store located in Radium Hot Springs, BC.

Duties:
– Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
– Prepare work schedule and evaluate work performance of staff
– Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
– Respond to customer issues.

Requirement:
Completion of high school
2+ years experience in food service field

Conditions. Wage: $20.15~ $22.00/hour
Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
Benefit: 10 days, or 4% of gross income, in paid vacation per year.
